HR Manager Location Mohali Experience 5 -10Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Manager who can lead the recruitment team manage HR generalist functions and drive campus hiring initiatives The ideal candidate should be hands-on strategic and capable of balancing hiring targets with people operations Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure timely closures Oversee end-to-end hiring for technical non-technical and leadership roles Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring plans Track and improve recruitment KPIs TAT closure ratio offer dropouts Drive sourcing through LinkedIn job portals referrals vendors and consultants Handle offer negotiations and candidate engagement Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline with the help of team Plan and execute campus hiring drives for freshers and entry-level roles Build and maintain relationships with colleges universities and placement cells Coordinate campus events drives interviews and onboarding Manage the employee lifecycle onboarding confirmation exits and documentation Handle attendance leave management and HR MIS Support performance management appraisals and PIPs Address employee grievances and disciplinary actions Ensure compliance with HR policies processes and labor laws Support employee engagement and retention initiatives Coordinate with payroll and ensure accurate data sharing Required Skills Qualifications MBA PGDM in HR or related field Proven experience in recruitment team handling and campus hiring Strong knowledge of HR generalist functions and Indian labor laws Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills Experience in IT service-based organizations preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven workplace What We re Looking For Strong leadership and decision-making skills Hands-on approach with a people-first mindset Ability to align HR practices with business goals Job Type Full-time Pay 15 092 26 - 60 023 46 per month Work Location In person
