Position UI UX Designer Experience 3 Years Location On-site Employment Type Full time About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI UX Designer who can transform ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences You will work closely with the product development and business teams to design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications Key Responsibilities User Experience UX Research user needs behavior patterns and workflow Create user journeys wireframes and low high-fidelity prototypes Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs Collaborate with product teams to define clear user flows User Interface UI Design clean modern and consistent interfaces for web mobile Develop responsive layouts aligned with brand guidelines Create design components icons and visual elements Prepare polished final screens for handoff to developers Collaboration Tools Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation Maintain design systems and reusable components Use industry-standard tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite Follow modern design trends accessibility standards and usability principles Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in UI UX design Strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects Proficiency in Figma primary Adobe XD or Sketch Understanding of Design systems Visual hierarchy layout Color theory typography Human-centered design principles Ability to present and defend design decisions Good to Have Optional Experience with motion graphics animations Lottie After Effects Knowledge of HTML CSS basics for better developer communication Experience designing dashboards mobile apps or SaaS products Familiarity with Agile workflows Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to take feedback constructively Good time management and task ownership 6 Working days Shift Time 10 30 AM to 7 30 PM Contact (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 21 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month
