Job Title IT Non-IT Recruiter Technical Recruiter Location Hyderabad Experience 2 - 5 Years Employment Type Contract Work Mode Work from Office Hybrid Notice Period Immediate to 15 Days Job Summary We are looking for a energetic IT Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles The ideal candidate should be capable of handling bulk hiring as well as niche requirements ensuring timely closures and quality hiring Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles Handle bulk hiring and niche or specialized requirements efficiently Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri Monster Indeed LinkedIn referrals and ATS Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate technical functional and managerial interview rounds Drive offer management salary negotiations and joining closures Ensure regular follow-ups until candidate onboarding Maintain recruitment trackers MIS reports and dashboards Meet hiring turnaround time service level agreements and quality benchmarks Required Skills and Qualifications 2 to 5 years of experience in IT and Non-IT domestic recruitment Strong exposure to technical and functional roles Proven ability to manage bulk and niche requirements simultaneously Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment Graduation is mandatory MBA in HR is preferred Preferred Skills Experience in contract staffing and permanent hiring Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Excel reporting Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 6 months Pay 10 580 57 - 48 111 98 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
