Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations Supervise daily production activities on assigned lines or sections Ensure adherence to production schedules and output targets Monitor processes including polymer processing rubber mixing molding extrusion and curing operations Ensure correct machine setup and adherence to SOPs Workforce Supervision Allocate manpower and assign duties to operators and technicians Monitor attendance productivity and discipline on the shop floor Provide on-the-job training and guidance to workers Quality Control Ensure production conforms to quality specifications and standards Conduct in-process inspections and coordinate with QC department Identify defects and take corrective action to prevent recurrence Process Improvement Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Reduce waste scrap and downtime Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE usage Identify and eliminate unsafe conditions and practices Equipment Maintenance Coordination Report machine breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance team Ensure proper machine care and preventive maintenance compliance Inventory Material Handling Monitor usage of raw materials and ensure minimal wastage Maintain proper stock of raw materials consumables and finished goods Documentation Reporting Maintain shift-wise production reports and logs Report productivity quality issues and shift performance to management Required Qualifications Diploma Bachelor s Degree in Polymer Technology Rubber Technology Engineering Bachelor of Science 2-5 years of experience in polymer or rubber manufacturing preferably in a supervisory role Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 2 years Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Work Location In person
