We are looking for motivated and performance-driven Inside Sales Executives Managers to join our growing sales team The role involves engaging with prospective clients converting qualified leads into successful closures and driving consistent revenue growth This is a performance based role requiring strong communication counseling and follow-up skills within the EdTech domain Key Responsibilities Engage with inbound and outbound leads provided by the company through calls and virtual meetings Make outbound calls to introduce i2Global s education programs franchise opportunities and training solutions Counsel prospective clients by understanding their needs and presenting suitable offerings Identify reliable prospects and schedule virtual meetings or follow-ups for closures Drive conversions through effective follow-ups negotiations and high-intent discussions Maintain accurate records of lead status call remarks progress updates and closures in the CRM system Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling demos resolving queries and ensuring smooth onboarding Share regular lead status updates objections and performance reports with the reporting manager Meet or exceed daily monthly calling qualification revenue and conversion targets Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handling and improved conversions Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any field For ISE Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling lead generation or inside sales EdTech preferred For ISM Minimum 2 year of experience in sales or counseling roles with proven closure ability Excellent communication persuasion and negotiation skills Goal-driven mindset with strong ownership and urgency Ability to work under pressure with consistent follow-ups Familiarity with CRM tools email communication Google Sheets or MS Office is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
