We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills Planning coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects including project initiation planning execution monitoring and closeout Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocations and procurement strategies Coordinate and oversee construction activities ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders Preferred skills and qualifications BE Civil or equivalent Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a site engineer civil engineer or an equivalent role Robust knowledge of construction methodologies building codes and safety regulations in the Indian context Excellent project management skills including effective planning organising and prioritising tasks Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents including project blueprints and construction schematics Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle Proficiency in construction management software project scheduling tools and cost estimation software Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
