Job Title Procurement Logistics Executive Company Unicap Job Type Full-time Work Location Calicut Kerala Projects Residential Commercial Institutional Job Summary Unicap is looking for an experienced Procurement Logistics Executive to manage procurement operations vendor negotiations asset control stock registration market research and logistics coordination for residential commercial and institutional construction projects The role requires strong bargaining skills cost awareness and systematic inventory and asset management to ensure timely and cost-effective material availability Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials and services as per project requirements Identify evaluate and finalize vendors through effective bargaining and price negotiation Obtain quotations prepare comparative statements and issue purchase orders Conduct market research to track price trends new suppliers alternative materials and cost-saving opportunities Coordinate logistics transportation and timely delivery of materials to project sites Maintain asset records including tools equipment and fixed assets Ensure proper stock registration inventory tracking and material reconciliation Monitor material inflow outflow and consumption at project sites Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for material planning and requirement forecasting Maintain procurement documentation including purchase orders delivery challans invoices and stock registers Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and internal controls Identify procurement delays shortages or quality issues and report to management Key Requirements Experience 2-4 years of total experience in procurement and logistics Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in procurement mandatory Qualification Diploma Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Supply Chain Logistics or a related field Skills Competencies Strong vendor bargaining and negotiation skills Experience in asset management and stock registration Ability to conduct effective market research for materials and vendors Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking reporting and analysis Good communication coordination and documentation skills Strong attention to detail and cost control Other Requirements Willingness to work in a site-based and office-coordinated workplace Ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines effectively What Unicap Offers Opportunity to manage procurement and logistics for diverse construction projects Professional and growth-oriented work environment Long-term career development opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
