Quantet Builders Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at project sites The candidate will be responsible for managing labour ensuring work is executed as per drawings maintaining quality standards and completing work within timelines Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and labour work Ensure work execution as per drawings instructions and specifications Coordinate with Site Engineer and contractors Manage labour deployment attendance and productivity Ensure quality safety and discipline at site Monitor material usage and report requirements Ensure work is completed within assigned timelines Report daily progress to the Site Engineer Project Manager Eligibility Experience Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in construction projects Experience in civil construction works RCC finishing masonry etc Ability to read and understand basic drawings Strong site supervision and labour-handling skills Skills Required Good leadership and coordination skills Practical knowledge of site execution Ability to manage workers and meet deadlines Basic communication and reporting skills How to Apply Interested candidates may send their CV to hr quantet in Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location Hybrid remote in Bathinda Punjab
