We are seeking Legal Associates who are qualified lawyers with a valid license to practice law in India The role involves end-to-end legal support including research drafting court appearances and client coordination across litigation and transactional matters Eligibility Criteria LL B degree 3-year or 5-year course from a recognized university Enrollment with a State Bar Council All India Bar Examination AIBE cleared Valid Certificate of Practice Proficiency in English written and oral Key Responsibilities Legal Drafting Research Draft pleadings applications written statements replies rejoinders affidavits petitions appeals and legal notices Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes case laws rules and regulations Prepare legal opinions briefs and case summaries Court Work Appearances Appear before District Courts High Courts Tribunals and other judicial quasi-judicial forums Assist senior advocates in court matters including briefing filing and arguments Coordinate filings listings and procedural compliance Client Coordination Interact with clients for case updates document collection and instructions Maintain regular communication and manage client expectations Assist in strategy discussions and case management Contracts Transactional Work Review draft and negotiate contracts agreements MOUs NDAs and commercial documents Identify legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws Support due diligence and documentation exercises Required Skills Competencies Strong legal drafting and analytical skills Sound knowledge of substantive and procedural laws Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time-management skills Qualified ethics confidentiality and attention to detail Proficiency in legal research tools SCC Online Manupatra etc Preferred Qualifications Optional Prior experience in litigation arbitration corporate law Experience in contract drafting and negotiations Familiarity with e-courts e-filing systems and court procedures Remuneration Competitive and commensurate with experience Performance-based growth opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 11 000 00 - 35 924 93 per month Benefits Work from home Work Location Remote
