Quantet Builders Pvt Ltd is looking for an Operations Head who will be responsible for the overall planning execution monitoring and control of all construction projects of the company The role requires a senior construction professional capable of managing multiple sites ensuring timely project delivery effective cost control and smooth coordination between the Head Office and site teams Key Responsibilities Project Site Operations Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple construction projects Monitor project schedules milestones and deliverables Ensure completion of projects within approved timelines and budgets Review site progress productivity and resource utilization Coordination Control Act as a link between Head Office and site teams Coordinate with planning billing procurement finance and HR departments Review and approve billing BOQs variations and cost statements Ensure timely availability of materials manpower and machinery Leadership Compliance Lead and guide Project Managers Site Engineers and support teams Ensure compliance with quality standards safety norms and statutory requirements Resolve operational issues and act as escalation authority Implement and continuously improve operational systems and processes Eligibility Experience B E B Tech Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project execution Proven experience in handling multiple sites simultaneously Experience as Senior Project Manager Project Head Construction Manager preferred Strong understanding of contracts billing and cost control Key Skills Required Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent planning and decision-making ability Sound technical and commercial knowledge Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Effective communication and coordination skills How to Apply Interested candidates may share their CV at hr quantet in Job Type Full-time Pay 100 000 00 - 125 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
