Key Responsibilities Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops laptops printers and other IT equipment Install configure and maintain operating systems Windows and applications Troubleshoot hardware software and network connectivity issues for end-users Set up new user accounts email IDs and access permissions in accordance with IT policies Perform regular system updates patches and antivirus checks Support remote users via remote desktop tools or VPN Maintain asset inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT support or vendors when necessary Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT best practices and security Ensure compliance with organizational IT security and data protection policies Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 14 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
