1 Job Summary The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies identifying reliable suppliers negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely procurement of quality goods and services at the best possible cost This role ensures an efficient supply chain and supports overall business operations 2 Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Identification Management Identify evaluate and onboard current suppliers and vendors Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers Conduct supplier audits performance evaluations and compliance checks Strategic Sourcing Develop cost-effective sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals Conduct market research to understand pricing trends and supplier capabilities Monitor and analyze spending patterns to optimize procurement Negotiation Contract Management Negotiate terms pricing delivery schedules and service levels Draft review and manage procurement contracts and agreements Ensure adherence to legal quality and company standards Procurement Operations Manage purchase orders delivery timelines and inventory requirements Coordinate with internal departments operations finance production Resolve issues related to quality delivery or pricing discrepancies Cost Optimization Budgeting Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Implement supplier consolidation strategies Assist in budgeting and cost forecasting Reporting Documentation Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases Prepare weekly monthly reports on sourcing performance Track key metrics such as lead times savings and supplier scorecards 3 Required Skills Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement roles preferred Strong negotiation and analytical skills Knowledge of procurement processes vendor management and supply chain principles Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software ERP preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
