To manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects from initial estimates through to final accounts The QS ensures value for money while adhering to statutory building regulations and quality standards Key Responsibilities Assist with or lead the preparation of feasibility studies and cost planning Contribute to procurement strategies and tender documentation Evaluate contractor and subcontractor quotations Risk and value management and cost control Attend design and client meetings Manage all commercial aspects of allocated projects Prepare and monitor project budgets forecasts and cost reports Manage and value variations claims and changes to the work Liaise with site teams to monitor progress against budgets Prepare monthly commercial reports and cash flow forecasts Prepare and agree final accounts Robust knowledge of construction contracts Excellent cost and financial management skills Ability to lead commercial elements of multiple projects Proficient in QS software Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Minimum 3-5 years of QS experience Experience across various sectors e g residential commercial infrastructure Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
