Company Description Kraftwork Solar is a leading provider of solar and renewable energy solutions in India With over 30 years of experience and more than 20 000 satisfied customers we specialize in rooftop solar solar drying and solar water heating solutions for residential and commercial clients Role Overview Kraftwork Solar seeks a customer-savvy organized and tech-proficient Project Coordinator to drive success in solar PV projects and deliver an exceptional customer experience As the primary touchpoint for customers the Project Coordinator plays a critical role in guiding clients through every phase from initial inquiry to project completion This includes supporting customers with loan processing government subsidy applications and maintaining proactive communications throughout the project lifecycle Key Responsibilities Serve as the single point of contact for customers providing end-to-end assistance and excellent customer service Plan execute and monitor solar projects coordinating activities across departments and vendors to keep projects on schedule Guide clients through loan application processes discom KSEB government subsidy documentation ensuring accurate and timely submissions Update and maintain project documentation customer documents and regulatory compliance files Conduct regular updates and provide explicit communication on project status proactively identifying and resolving issues or risks Schedule meetings and site visits organize logistics and document proceedings maintaining transparency with clients and internal teams Collaborate closely with sales engineering and contractors to ensure high-quality project delivery Desired Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in solar construction or renewable energy project coordination Proven customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset Demonstrated ability to use CRM software MS Office and project management tools Strong organizational multitasking and communication abilities Experience working with cross-functional teams and independently managing priorities Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 13 000 00 per month Work Location In person
