Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our plant s quality function The role will ensure product quality customer satisfaction and continuous improvement through strong systems controls and team management Key Responsibilities -Implement maintain Quality Management System ISO 9001 or equivalent -Manage incoming in-process final inspection -Drive root cause analysis corrective actions CAPA -Reduce in-house rejections customer complaints warranty returns -Handle customer audits documentation control plans PPAP -Lead train the QC QA team ensure discipline on shop floor -Work closely with Production Purchase for supplier and process improvements Key Skills -Strong knowledge of QMS SPC 8D FMEA 5 Why PPAP control plans -Hands-on with measuring instruments -Valuable communication reporting leadership skills Education B Tech Diploma in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Experience Quality manager 5 years Required manufacturing company 3 years Required QMS SPC 8D 1 year Required Work Location In person
