JOB DESCRIPTION Sr QMS Executive Education Criteria B E Mechanical MSC or Equivalent Experience 5 years Location Worli Mumbai Requirements Bachelor s degree in engineering Mechanical Quality or related discipline Strong knowledge of Factory QMS standards such as ISO 9001 with exposure to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Understanding of factory and product compliance requirements as per retailers from USA UK and Canada markets Working knowledge of social compliance standards as per global retailer Requirements e g BSCI SEDEX SMETA SA8000 ICTI Hands-on experience with toy and textile safety regulations testing and certification processes Experience with sustainability and environmental certifications such as FSC GOTS Carbon Offset etc Practical exposure to third-party inspections audits and ISO 17025 accredited laboratories Strong documentation control audit management and training skills Key Responsibilities Implement maintain and continuously improve factory QMS in line with ISO 9001 and applicable standards Manage factory product and social compliance programs to meet regulatory and customer requirements Interpret compliance QMS and social standards and translate them into effective procedures and compliance frameworks Plan and coordinate product testing inspections and certifications with third-party agencies Conduct internal QMS social and compliance audits and support customer and third-party audits including CAPA management Oversee sustainability and social compliance certifications audits and renewals Deliver QMS compliance social compliance and audit-readiness training to factory and cross-functional teams Job Types Full-time Permanent Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
