Agentic AI In this role you ll be part of Genpact s transformation under GenpactNext as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions domain-specific autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients You ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines Role and Responsibilities Planning and Forecasting Financial Analysis and highlighting Risk and Opportunities in meeting Revenue and margins Partner directly with Operating teams and support teams to collaborate on metrics goals and business reviews Forecast Revenue and Margins for the biz based on lead indicators and identify risks opportunities in advance to help prioritize resource allocations Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross -functional teams at all levels of the organization Help business in Decision making through CBA Managing Deal Commercials Contract Management negotiations Identify and understand business challenges propose and create solutions Identify and research variances to forecast budget and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement Month close Quarter close activities DSO Governance Varied Stakeholder Management Prepare Annual Operating Plan for the Clients Monitor and identify any unexpected variances Monthly reporting and analysis of business performance -
