Lead Graphic Designer Experience 3-4 years Location Infopark Koratty Type Full-time We re looking for a Creative and Experienced Graphic Design Lead who can build and lead our design team to heights This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in branding and digital design who can establish creative direction ensure design excellence across projects and shape the visual identity for both our clients and our organization You ll be responsible not only for design execution but also for leading creative strategy mentoring designers and building a strong design culture that produces outstanding results Key Responsibilities Lead and Build the Design Team Set the foundation for the design department by hiring mentoring and guiding junior designers and interns Creative Direction Define and drive brand identity visual strategy and design guidelines for client and internal projects Client Management Interact directly with clients to understand goals present ideas confidently and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations Branding Design Execution Conceptualize and produce high-quality creative assets including brand identities social media creatives marketing collaterals brochures banners and packaging Team Collaboration Work closely with marketing content and digital teams to ensure creative alignment across all touchpoints Quality Consistency Maintain brand coherence and visual excellence across every project Process Improvement Establish efficient design workflows review mechanisms and creative standards to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output Innovation Stay ahead of trends in design branding and AI-assisted creative tools to enhance productivity and creativity Requirements Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field 3-4 years of proven experience in branding and digital design preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding print and digital design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Strong sense of aesthetics typography color and layout principles Experience leading or mentoring junior designers Excellent client-handling skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently Familiarity with AI-based design tools is a plus What We re Looking For A confident design leader who Can define the creative vision for our clients Enjoys collaborating with teams and clients to turn ideas into meaningful visuals Has the strategic mindset to align design with business and marketing goals Is passionate about building and mentoring a high-performing design team Job Type Full-time Ability to commute relocate Koratti Thrissur Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s What is your total work experience in Graphic Design Are you familiar in video editing How soon can you join us What is your official notice period in days What is your current CTC What is your expected CTC Work Location In person
