Job Title Drawing Quality Check DQC Location Coimbatore Tamilnadu Experience 1 Years in the Interior Design Industry prefer most possibly in site experience Department Design Reports To DQC Lead Industry Home Interior Design Residential Projects About Us Prominance Homworks Interior Designers is one of the leading home interior design companies in India offering innovative and customized decor solutions We specialize in designing and executing interiors for Apartments Villas Villaments and Independent Bungalows With a focus on quality creativity and seamless execution we deliver interiors that are functional stylish and tailored to every client s need and budget Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented Quality Check to design department The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality standards are met across all residential interior projects This person will be responsible for implementing QC frameworks ensuring flawless execution of on-site interior projects Key Responsibilities The entire project quality Check QC function across all ongoing residential interior projects Develop implement and monitor standardized QC processes checklists and reporting tools Identify quality gaps and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure project excellence Ensure compliance with internal and industry standards for all installed products including carpentry electricals civil work painting and modular installations Coordinate closely with Design Project Management Procurement and Execution teams to proactively resolve quality issues Maintain documentation for quality audits defect logs Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops from clients project teams and post-delivery audits Report quality metrics and present improvement strategies to senior leadership Required Qualifications Skills Minimum 1 years of experience in quality management or site interior supervisor in the residential interior design or fit-out industry Strong understanding of residential design elements carpentry civil work modular furniture plumbing electricals and finishing Proven experience in team handling and stakeholder management Sound knowledge of quality control tools checklists and reporting mechanisms Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Excel project management tools and reporting formats Sharuthi K HR Recruiter Phone Number 90920 44766 www prominance com www homworks com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
