ELMECH Engineers is looking for an experienced Electrical Panel Supervisor to manage and execute LT panel shop floor activities The candidate must have strong technical knowledge along with hands-on execution capability Key Responsibilities Study and execute work as per scheme drawings Prepare read and modify drawings using AutoCAD Supervise panel wiring bus bar work and assembly Material planning and control for panel manufacturing Manpower resource planning on shop floor Ensure quality safety and timely execution of panels Coordinate with design store and testing teams Handle shop floor execution from start to dispatch Required Skills Experience Strong knowledge of electrical scheme drawings Working knowledge of AutoCAD Hands-on wiring experience in LT panels Experience in materials resource planning Proven experience in panel shop floor execution Knowledge of LT panels like PCC MCC PDB AMF APFC Qualification ITI Diploma in Electrical preferred Experience 4-8 years in electrical panel manufacturing supervision Job Type Full-time Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 44 051 52 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
