Job Title Canteen Manager Location Bangalore Experience Required 5 years preferably from 5-Star Hotel Hospitality Industry We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Canteen Manager to oversee daily operations of our staff canteen and ensure a high standard of food hygiene and service Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day canteen operations including menu planning food preparation and service Ensure hygiene cleanliness and compliance with health safety regulations Supervise kitchen service staff including shift scheduling and training Monitor food inventory place orders and control wastage cost Maintain quality standards similar to a 5-Star hotel environment Handle vendor relationships and negotiate with suppliers Ensure customer satisfaction address feedback and improve services Prepare daily weekly MIS reports on consumption cost and staff performance Required Skills Qualifications Diploma Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred 5 years of experience in canteen kitchen operations ideally from 5-Star hotels or corporate catering Strong knowledge of FSSAI norms food safety and hygiene practices Excellent leadership communication and time-management skills Job Type Full time Pay 8 874 05 - 35 465 22 per month Experience 5 Star Hotel 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
