Position Senior Executive - Inventory About the Company Autocracy Machinery Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of specialized construction agricultural and water management machinery With strong in-house R D and a Make in India vision the company designs and delivers reliable high-performance machines across sectors such as Agriculture Water Management Construction Telecommunications and Environmental Sustainability About the Role The Senior Executive - Inventory will be responsible for managing and controlling inventory processes ensuring accurate stock levels coordinating with procurement and production teams and maintaining smooth material flow across departments The role ensures timely stock availability prevents shortages and supports efficient manufacturing operations Purpose To maintain accurate inventory records optimize stock management streamline material movement and ensure timely availability of materials required for production The Work You ll Do Maintain accurate stock records and ensure real-time inventory updates in the ERP system Coordinate with procurement stores and production teams for timely material planning Monitor stock levels shortages and excess materials Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies Ensure proper documentation for receipts issues and transfers of materials Follow FIFO FEFO and inventory management best practices Support inventory-related reporting and data analysis Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day inventory operations including GRN MRN issue slips and stock adjustments Monitor minimum maximum and reorder levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking Conduct monthly quarterly and annual physical stock audits Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and ensure quality compliance before acceptance Coordinate with production to issue materials as per job cards or work orders Maintain and update inventory dashboards reports and ERP entries Identify slow-moving non-moving and obsolete materials and report to management Ensure proper storage labeling and handling of materials in the warehouse Support continuous improvement in inventory systems and processes Key Requirements Strong knowledge of inventory management principles ERP systems and stock control processes Proficiency in documentation reporting and data accuracy Understanding of material planning GRN MRN processes and warehousing practices Ability to analyze inventory data and identify variances or discrepancies Good communication and coordination skills across departments Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Educational Qualification B Com BBA Diploma Any Graduate with experience in inventory stores or supply chain Languages English Hindi Telugu as required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Work Location In person
