Job Title PM QC Supervisor Shift 9 Am to 6 30 Pm Mon to Sat Location Oad Dascroi Ahmedabad Salary 25k to 30k Job Summary The Quality Supervisor for Packaging Material is responsible for monitoring inspecting and ensuring that all incoming and in-process packaging materials bottles caps plugs labels cartons shrink sleeves etc meet defined quality standards This role includes supervising quality inspectors coordinating with suppliers resolving quality issues and maintaining proper documentation as per company and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities 1 Incoming Material Inspection Perform and supervise inspection of all incoming packaging materials Check critical parameters such as dimensions OFC GSM micron fitment sealing leakage colour printing quality etc Ensure materials meet approved specifications drawings and standards Prepare inspection reports record results and update ERP QC systems 2 In-Process Quality Checks Monitor packaging materials during production to ensure consistent quality Check fitment on line bottle cap plug label pouch poly bag Wad pump Verify sealing labeling shrink capping torque and overall packaging integrity Identify and report any deviations or defects found on the line 3 Supplier Coordination Communicate defects non-conformities and improvement requirements to suppliers Follow up on CAPA Corrective and Preventive Actions Participate in supplier audits and evaluation 4 Documentation Reporting Maintain records of inspection reports rejection reports test results deviations etc Support preparation and review of TDS SOP Specs for packaging materials Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements e g ISO GMP FMCG manufacturing standards 5 Team Supervision Guide train and supervise the team of quality inspectors Ensure proper sampling methods and inspection techniques are followed Support continuous improvement initiatives 6 Quality Improvement Problem Solving Analyse repeated defects and implement preventive actions Work with production to solve issues such as leakage breakage label issues OFC pouch issue variation sealing issues etc Support trials for new packaging materials and provide results Required Qualifications Skills Diploma Degree in Engineering Science or Packaging Technology 2-5 years of experience in packaging material QA QC FMCG Cosmetics Pharma Food industries preferred Strong knowledge of bottles caps pumps plugs cartons labels shrink sleeves Understanding of SOPs TDS specifications sampling plans AQL Positive communication and reporting skills Ability to handle supplier communication and quality investigations Interested candidates can apply immediately With Regards Gopi HR (phone hidden) Job Type Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
