We are hiring Cashier for SS Hyundai Pathanamthitta Contact (phone hidden) or (phone hidden) The Cashier will be responsible for handling all customer receipts and payments accurately and efficiently at SS Hyundai Pathanamthitta The role requires robust knowledge of Tally accounting software basic accounting principles and coordination with the Accounts and Sales departments to ensure proper financial control and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Collect cash card UPI cheque and online payments from customers for vehicle sales service bills accessories and insurance Issue proper receipts and invoices for all collections Enter daily transactions accurately in Tally Prepare daily cash collection reports and reconcile cash bank and digital payments Deposit cash and cheques in the bank as per company policy Coordinate with Accounts department for posting entries bank reconciliation and audit requirements Maintain proper records of receipts vouchers and supporting documents Handle customer billing queries professionally and politely Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls Assist during audits and provide required financial documents Maintain confidentiality of financial information Required Qualifications Skills Minimum Degree Diploma in Commerce or related field preferred Mandatory working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime Basic knowledge of GST invoicing and accounting procedures Experience in automobile dealership or service center will be an added advantage Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail Honest reliable and customer-friendly attitude Experience 1-3 years of experience as a Cashier or Accounts Assistant preferred Freshers with strong Tally knowledge may also be considered Reporting To Accounts Manager Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay Up to 12 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Paid time off Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
