Hello we are looking for Property Managers for our residential project in Mahalakshmi Team management - ensure that all team members are working to the require standards Client Reporting - Being the single point of contact for all requirements escalations Undertaking regular property inspections Provide advice and assistance to the client Preparing maintaining the checklists for smooth operations Prepare the management reports and MIS reports as per required frequency Understand the site requirement modifying operational plans as and when required Preparing maintaining and tracking the PPM for all equipment and ensure zero breakdown Maintain the Asset List AMC trackers Evaluate Co-ordinate with Vendors as and when AMCs Services are needed Follow up with vendors for quotation do the negotiation for the best rate Maintain records on site Surprise visit to check the downline staff Plan organize the meeting with client Retention of employees Give suggestions to the client for site improving Job Type Full time Pay 800 000 00 - 1 500 000 00 per year Experience total work 8 years Preferred Work Location In person
