About Bosc Tech Labs Bosc Tech Labs is a leading technology company dedicated to building innovative solutions powered by modern software engineering and automation Our team thrives on precision efficiency and collaboration We believe in fostering a professional setting where growth ownership and continuous learning are encouraged across all departments including our finance and accounting functions Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting internal financial processes If you have a strong foundation in accounting principles and enjoy working in a dynamic company environment we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting tasks including entries reconciliations and invoice processing Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Support accounts payable AP and accounts receivable AR operations Reconcile bank statements vendor accounts and general ledger entries Assist in budgeting forecasting and internal cost-control processes Ensure compliance with company policies accounting principles and statutory regulations Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits Maintain organized financial documentation and support process improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR operations and management Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance Strong understanding of accounting principles GAAP and financial procedures Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally QuickBooks Zoho Books or similar tools Good knowledge of MS Excel VLOOKUP pivot tables formulas Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in corporate accounting or working in a tech startup environment Familiarity with GST TDS and statutory compliance documentation Knowledge of financial automation tools or ERP systems Ability to support financial planning and internal audit processes Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
