KPI Process Mentoring - involving in building SOP structured learning path operations mentor for the team Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications CA Inter ICWA Inter Postgraduate MBA Finance Relevant experience in FP A role Demonstrated working knowledge of SAP ERP modules relevant to the role with the ability to navigate analyze and execute business processes within the SAP environment Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite specifically Advanced MS Excel PowerPoint and Word Solid understanding of Hyperion Oracle SAP Strong analytical skills Strong ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing Preferred qualifications Experience in use of analytical tools like Power BI as well as visualization tools like Tableau etc Why join Genpact Be a transformation leader -
