1 Order Management Receive customer orders phone WhatsApp mail and record details such as mix quantity site address pouring time and special instructions Coordinate with sales and plant in-charge to schedule deliveries Verify customer credit limit or approval before confirming the order 2 Vehicle Transit Mixer Scheduling Plan daily dispatch schedule by allocating transit mixers TM based on route load capacity and traffic conditions Ensure timely departure of vehicles from the plant Monitor vehicle movement using GPS driver follow-up 3 Coordination With Plant Operations Coordinate with batching plant operator to ensure correct mix design proper loading sequence and continuous supply as per site requirement Inform plant team about urgent orders delays or changes in customer requirements 4 Driver Site Coordination Assign drivers to vehicles ensuring shift availability Brief drivers on route site conditions and safety instructions Maintain communication between drivers and site engineers for smooth unloading 5 Delivery Tracking Control Track each delivery from loading to unloading Update delays due to traffic site readiness breakdowns or other issues Ensure turnaround time TAT is maintained for each TM 6 Documentation Record Keeping Prepare delivery challans weighbridge slips batch tickets and gate passes Maintain logbooks for dispatch timing vehicle return time and fuel consumption Update daily dispatch register and MIS reports 7 Customer Communication Handling Inform customers about dispatch schedules expected delivery time and delays Handle site issues such as quantity changes waiting cube sample requirements etc Maintain good relationships with contractors site engineers and clients 8 Quality Safety Compliance Ensure loaded concrete meets required mix and slump as per specification Follow safety protocols while loading unloading Report any concerns related to quality or safety immediately 9 Problem Solving Issue Resolution Handle breakdowns traffic issues last-minute order changes and site delays Coordinate with maintenance team for timely repair of transit mixers Manage urgent or priority orders efficiently 10 Reporting Coordination With Management Share daily dispatch summary DTS with the plant in-charge and management Provide data for billing reconciliation and production planning Support sales and accounts with dispatch-related information Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 10 327 16 - 22 906 44 per month Advantages Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
