We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team The successful candidate will be involved in all phases of architectural design from conceptual development through construction administration This role requires creativity strong technical knowledge and effective coordination with engineers contractors and clients Key Responsibilities Develop innovative design concepts for buildings and infrastructure projects Prepare architectural drawings presentations and construction documents Collaborate with civil engineers and other disciplines to ensure cohesive project development Coordinate with consultants contractors and clients throughout the design and construction phases Ensure designs comply with all zoning laws building codes and regulations Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is being realized Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from regulatory authorities Present design proposals and updates to internal teams and clients Required Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution 5 years of skilled architectural experience Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite Strong knowledge of architectural design principles building codes and construction methods Excellent communication presentation and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical capabilities Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
