We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer with 2 years of experience to provide technical assistance and support for hardware software and network-related issues The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills excellent communication and the ability to resolve technical problems efficiently Key Responsibilities Provide desktop laptop printer and peripheral hardware support installation configuration troubleshooting Install configure and troubleshoot Windows OS MS Office and other software applications Assist in network troubleshooting LAN Wi-Fi VPN IP configurations Resolve user issues related to login email and system performance Perform regular system maintenance updates and antivirus checks Set up and manage user accounts permissions and access controls Document and maintain records of support requests and resolutions Coordinate with vendors for hardware software repairs and warranty claims Provide remote support when required Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards Required Skills Qualifications 2 years of experience in desktop support IT helpdesk or technical support Strong knowledge of Windows OS Windows 10 11 MS Office and basic networking Familiarity with Active Directory DNS DHCP and troubleshooting tools Experience with hardware troubleshooting PCs laptops printers etc Basic understanding of IT security practices and antivirus management Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment IT certifications e g CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Qualified are a plus Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of macOS Linux support is an advantage Experience with ticketing systems ServiceNow Jira etc Familiarity with remote desktop tools TeamViewer AnyDesk etc Benefits if applicable Health insurance Paid leaves Performance bonuses Career growth opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Shift Day shift Education Diploma Required Experience Desktop support 1 year Required Work Location In person
