Position Overview We are seeking a female candidate wellpresentable with strong communication skills to join our team in Deoghar as a Retail Sales Officer The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience in retail counter sales preferably in the jewellery sector Key Responsibilities Greet and engage walkin customers understand their requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products Demonstrate jewellery features and benefits guiding customers toward informed purchasing decisions Prepare product estimates and complete sales transactions accurately using POS systems Meet or exceed monthly and categorywise sales targets as assigned Manage retail counter operations maintain stock records transfer counter stock to locker and support daily inventory counts Ensure proper product display and store presentation in compliance with Tanishq merchandising standards Monitor dead stock alerting store manager to minimize obsolete inventory and shoplifting Assist with customer returns repair requests and aftersales or followup service Record and relay customer feedback and product trends to support continuous improvement Collaborate with visual merchandising and marketing teams to ensure store compliance and footfall enhancement activities Required Qualifications Experience Female candidate age 18-30 years flexible Minimum 6 months experience in retail counter sales experience in jewellery retail is a strong plus Good communication skills in Hindi and English ability to explain product features clearly and professionally Neat presentable customer-centered confident in interacting with diverse customers Comfortable with retail targets and performancedriven environment Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
