We are seeking a male candidate for the role of F B Service Associate who is service oriented and capable of delivering high standards of guest service If you are a fresher you must have a background in hotel management studies Key Responsibilities Greet guests in a polite and professional manner escort to tables Take and serve food beverage orders accurately and efficiently Ensure tables are properly set according to company standards Be familiar with menu items specials garnishes ingredients able to answer guest queries Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas set up and explicit down as required Maintain inventory levels for service supplies request restocking when needed Assist in opening closing duties for the outlet including preparation and shutdown tasks Work in coordination with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service Handle guest complaints feedback with professionalism escalate issues when necessary Adhere to all safety sanitation and company policies and procedures Be prepared to relocate when required adapt to different outlets locations as needed Requirements Gender Male candidate only Education At minimum high school pass if fresher must be from a hotel management background Experience Preferably some prior experience in F B service outlets Freshers accepted only if hotel management educational background verified Skills Good communication skills ability to interact with guests with warmth and professionalism Able to work under pressure during peak hours and in shifting rotational shifts Flexible and willing to relocate as required Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards in F B Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
