About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and analytical MIS Executive to support our team in managing data generating insightful reports and maintaining accurate records related to applications client documentation and performance tracking This role is critical in enabling data-driven decisions and improving internal efficiency Key Responsibilities Collect analyze and maintain operational and client data from various departments Sales Ops CSR etc Generate and share daily weekly and monthly MIS reports on application progress team performance leads and sign-ups Prepare dashboards and data visualizations using Excel and Google Sheets Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across CRM and other platforms Assist in automating recurring reports using formulas pivot tables filters etc Flag inconsistencies and coordinate with teams to correct them Work closely with management to provide analytical insights and reports as required Track KPIs and maintain data logs for audits performance reviews and reporting Required Skills Qualifications 2 years of MIS or data reporting experience in a service industry Immigration Education Consulting preferred Excellent proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Charts Conditional Formatting Filters Hands-on experience with Google Sheets basic CRM tools and Airtable is a plus Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Valuable communication skills English and Hindi Punjabi preferred Bachelor s degree in any stream required Perks Benefits Friendly and collaborative office environment Yearly performance-based bonuses Career growth opportunities How to Apply Email your resume to hiring imygrate com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further interview rounds Job Type Full-time Pay 24 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Experience work 2 years Required Work Location In person
