We are looking for compassionate and motivated Behavioural Therapists to work with children presenting with autism spectrum disorder ASD ADHD and other behavioural or developmental concerns You will implement evidence-based strategies and work closely with parents and professionals to drive positive behavioural outcomes Key Responsibilities Consultation and sessions to reinforce treatment goals and improve child development Conduct behavioural assessments using structured observation and standardized tools Develop individualized behaviour intervention plans BIPs based on the child s needs Implement behaviour therapy techniques e g ABA positive reinforcement social skills training Track and document child progress regularly Collaborate with speech occupational therapists and developmental paediatricians Counsel and train parents on behavioural techniques for home reinforcement Contribute to therapy planning progress meetings and case discussions Assist in parent education and awareness programs Bachelor s or master s degree in psychology Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field Certification in ABA or behavioural therapy preferred 1-5 years of experience working with children with behavioural or development problems Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
