Job Summary The Hospital HR Executive Manager is responsible for managing all human resource functions including recruitment onboarding compliance payroll coordination employee relations and training within the hospital setting The role ensures that the hospital staff is well-supported policies are followed and workforce requirements are met Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for medical paramedical and administrative roles Coordinate staff onboarding induction and orientation processes Maintain employee records attendance and leave tracking Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance PF ESI labour laws etc Address staff grievances and implement disciplinary procedures if needed Conduct training sessions and performance appraisals Prepare HR reports MIS and documentation for audits Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and advantages Support hospital leadership in workforce planning and policy implementation Promote employee engagement and well-being initiatives Liaise with consultants and agencies for manpower supply when required Required Skills Strong knowledge of HR policies and labour laws in healthcare Good interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills Proficiency in MS Office HR software and employee databases Ability to manage multiple roles and work under pressure High level of confidentiality and integrity Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Human Resources Hospital Administration MBA HR Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment Working knowledge of medical staff credentialing and hospital compliance preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 50 000 00 per month
