We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Corporate and Institutional Sales team The role involves developing and managing relationships with key corporate clients and institutions identifying recent business opportunities and achieving sales targets through consultative selling KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and generate new business opportunities in the corporate and institutional segment Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients decision-makers and procurement departments Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with company products services Conduct market research to identify trends competition and customer preferences Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company guidelines Coordinate with internal departments e g marketing product finance to ensure smooth execution of deals Maintain a strong pipeline and regularly update CRM with sales activities and client interactions Meet and exceed monthly quarterly sales targets and KPIs Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities EXPERIENCE SKILLS COMPETENCIES Bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field MBA is a plus 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in corporate or institutional sales and gifting Fresh graduates with go-getter attitude can also apply Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Proactive self-motivated and goal oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools e g Salesforce Zoho Ability to travel as needed
