We are hiring Quality Sr Post Production Supervisor for our reputative client in Mohali Interested candidates may send resume to oasisplacement450 gmail com Candidates must have at least 2 to 5 year of experience in a manufacturing Industry A senior post in quality in manufacturing involves developing and implementing quality systems analyzing data to identify and resolve issues ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations performing internal audits mentoring junior staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and production processes Key Responsibilities Quality System Development Design implement and maintain comprehensive quality assurance plans and quality control systems Data Analysis Problem Solving Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends defects and areas for improvement conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for issues Compliance Standards Ensure products and processes meet established quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and requirements such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 Audits Conduct internal audits to verify compliance and processes and support external audits as required Supplier Management Evaluate and manage the performance of suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements Customer Feedback Investigate customer complaints and take appropriate corrective actions Process Monitoring Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are consistently met Team Leadership Development Train mentor and manage junior quality engineers and staff fostering a strong quality-focused culture Reporting Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management New Product Introduction Participate in the design and development of recent products to ensure their quality and robustness Required Skills Experience Technical Expertise Strong background in quality engineering manufacturing processes and using quality measurement instruments like calipers and micrometers Analytical Skills Ability to analyze data identify trends and perform root cause analysis Leadership Experience in managing and developing quality teams and implementing quality culture Regulatory Knowledge Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements Communication Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams present findings and train staff Problem-Solving Proactive in identifying and resolving technical and process issues Detail-Oriented Strong attention to detail to spot minute errors or defects Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
