The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales This role involves crafting compelling email content managing subscriber lists segmenting audiences analyzing campaign performance and A B testing to improve open and click-through rates The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of email marketing platforms is data-driven and can collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email strategies with broader marketing goals Responsibilities Design implement and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns from conceptualization to execution including content creation design coordination and audience segmentation Craft engaging personalized email content that resonates with various target audiences and aligns with the brand s voice and messaging Monitor analyze and report on email campaign performance metrics such as open rates click-through rates conversions and ROI using data-driven insights to refine and optimize strategies Conduct A B tests on email elements such as subject lines content and CTAs to continuously improve campaign effectiveness Manage and grow the email subscriber list ensuring data integrity segmentation accuracy and compliance with email marketing regulations e g GDPR CAN-SPAM Work closely with the content design and product teams to ensure email campaigns are integrated with broader marketing initiatives and aligned with company goals Ensure all email marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field Proven experience 1-3 years in email marketing preferably within a corporate or agency setting Expertise in using email marketing platforms e g Mailchimp HubSpot Marketo and CRM systems Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of HTML CSS for email template creation is a plus Familiarity with email marketing regulations and best practices Job Type Full time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
