We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in builder projects commercial and residential The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to site execution and supervision from foundation to finishing lock key stages Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage site execution for residential and commercial projects Oversee work progress from foundation structural works masonry plastering flooring finishing and handover Ensure quality standards specifications and safety protocols are followed at every stage of construction Coordinate with contractors labor teams architects and consultants for smooth project execution Prepare and maintain site records including daily progress reports measurement sheets and material usage Monitor procurement and ensure proper utilization of materials on-site Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions during execution Ensure timely delivery of project milestones as per the schedule Skills Qualifications B E B Tech Diploma in Civil Engineering 1-3 years of hands-on experience in commercial residential builder projects Knowledge of construction processes quality control and finishing works Ability to read and interpret architectural structural drawings Familiarity with site safety protocols and material management Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and basic project management tools Robust leadership problem-solving and team coordination skills Perks Benefits Opportunity to work on end-to-end builder projects Exposure to both residential and commercial developments Professional growth with diverse project handling Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 14 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
