Job Title Security Guard Department Security Reports To Security Supervisor Facility Manager Location Chetana Happy Village Shamwadi Palshi Job Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises personnel and visitors The ideal candidate will prevent unauthorized access respond to emergencies and maintain a safe environment by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas Key Responsibilities Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance and regular patrols Control access to the building or premises verify identification and issue passes Watering to the garden and other work Respond promptly to alarms disturbances and emergencies Report suspicious activities security breaches or hazards Write and maintain daily activity logs and incident reports Escort visitors staff or delivery personnel when needed Ensure all security equipment is functional and report any malfunctions Enforce rules regulations and company policies consistently Provide assistance and directions to employees and visitors Cooperate with law enforcement fire department or emergency medical teams when necessary Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven work experience as a security guard or similar position preferred Valid security license if required by local law Physically fit with the ability to stand walk or patrol for extended periods Good observational and communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally Basic knowledge of first aid is an advantage Willing to work in shifts including nights weekends and holidays Desirable Traits Alert and attentive to details Honest and dependable Team player with a qualified attitude Able to follow instructions and security protocols strictly Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 11 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
