Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the company s financial processes ensuring accuracy compliance and timely reporting This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Responsibilities Financial Reporting Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles GAAP Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to management stakeholders and regulatory authorities General Ledger Management Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Perform month-end and year-end closing activities including journal entries and account reconciliations Monitor and analyze general ledger transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies Compliance and Audit Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards laws and regulations Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits Address audit findings and implement recommendations for process improvements Budgeting and Forecasting Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor annual budgets Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making Financial Analysis Conduct financial analysis to support business operations and identify areas for cost savings or revenue enhancement Provide insightful recommendations to improve financial performance Tax Compliance Work closely with the tax department to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax returns Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial procedures and systems Implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy Team Leadership and Collaboration Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information and resolve accounting-related issues Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field CPA or relevant certification is a plus Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role Strong knowledge of GAAP financial accounting and reporting Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
