Manage all functions right from entries to finalisation of books of account Ensure GST TDS and Tax filing and all compliances Create financial reports on a regular basis and maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted and properly posted Prepare account upto finalization and maintaining of account statutory books of accounts viz purchase sales journal ledger cashbook bank book Fixed Assets and subsidiaries in compliance with time accuracy norms Develop implement modify and document recordkeeping and accounting systems making use of current computer technology Experience of Month End Closing Preparation of Financial Statements Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel and direct their work activities Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data preparing reports Oversee operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend develop and maintain solutions to business and financial problems Adhere to the company s or organisation s financial policies and procedures Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy efficiency and cost reductions Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures and record daily deliveries to reconcile inventories Monitor overall stock levels and escalate overstock under-stock situations This will require high level forecasting reviews including historical and future sales data Work across departments to co-ordinate forecast and supply plans Co-ordinate with team to ensure optimum inventory availability and minimal stock risk within department Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year
