Job Title Maintenance Manager Location Hyderabad Company Game Point Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance operations across multiple Game Point branches The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge in civil electrical plumbing works and hospitality-related purchases and should also be capable of handling building administration and facility requirements Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities at all branches civil electrical plumbing painting etc Ensure all facilities are well maintained and compliant with safety and operational standards Manage repair schedules and preventive maintenance plans for equipment and infrastructure Oversee daily facility operations including cleaning security waste management and utilities Liaise with vendors contractors and service providers for facility needs and renovations Handle procurement of maintenance and hospitality items - consumables tools and supplies Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities asset register and inventory Coordinate with branch managers for facility-related requirements and improvements Monitor budgets maintenance costs and recommend cost-saving solutions Ensure quick turnaround on urgent facility issues without disrupting operations Supervise housekeeping and ensure hygiene and hospitality standards are met Key Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or Facility Administrator Technical knowledge in civil electrical systems plumbing HVAC and general repairs Experience in hospitality industry operations or purchasing is a plus Solid leadership and vendor management skills Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to travel to different branches as required Preferred Qualification Diploma Degree in Civil Electrical Engineering or Facility Management 5 years of relevant experience in facility and maintenance management Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
