At Clarivate the Life Sciences and healthcare LS H AI team develops AI-powered features and tools that enhance products across the LS H portfolio We are a global team of Engineers and Data Scientists focused on delivering scalable production-ready AI capabilities that bring real value to life science and healthcare organizations Our work culture emphasizes flexibility innovation and strong cross-functional collaboration We are looking for a Senior Manager AI Strategy to be part of our newly formed AI Innovation team About You - experience education skills and accomplishments 10 years of experience in data science applied machine learning or AI strategy with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role Strong understanding of data science workflows including data preparation model evaluation MLOps and integration into production systems Familiarity with LLMs agents vector search and AI platform integration Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with AI governance responsible AI or regulatory compliance is a plus Advanced degree PhD or MSc in a relevant field e g Data Science Computer Science Bioinformatics or related preferred It would be great if you also had Experience working in a matrixed organization or platform team setting Proven experience in life sciences healthcare MedTech or related domains Familiarity with agile methodologies and product discovery practices A passion for making AI accessible responsible and impactful What will you be doing in this role Partner with LS H business units R D Commercialisation MedTech to identify and shape AI opportunities Translate business needs into actionable AI strategies and technical roadmaps Collaborate with data science teams to evaluate feasibility and leverage existing models Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to guide solution design and integration Contribute to the evolution of the Clarivate AI platform in partnership with A G Promote responsible AI practices including transparency fairness and compliance Represent the AI Innovation team in strategic discussions with senior stakeholders Foster a culture of experimentation curiosity and collaboration Product you will be developing This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of AI across our Life Sciences Healthcare LS H business As part of the newly formed AI Innovation team you will work across business units to identify prioritize and enable high-impact AI use cases helping us deliver smarter more scalable solutions to our customers This is a strategic leadership role focused on enablement collaboration and responsible innovation You will work closely with engineering product data science and architecture teams as well as our AI platform team to ensure AI capabilities are aligned with business goals and integrated effectively across our portfolio Hours of work This is a hybrid position is based at our Barcelona London or Bangalore office Working hours will align with the local time zone of your chosen location but keep in mind that your team will be distributed across the globe At Clarivate we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons with respect to hiring compensation promotion training and other terms conditions and privileges of employment We comply with applicable laws and regulations governing non-discrimination in all locations
