The Store Executive is responsible for overseeing the receipt storage and distribution of pharmaceutical machinery parts and components The role ensures accurate inventory records timely material dispatches and compliance with GMP ISO and other quality standards applicable to the pharma industry Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Maintain stock levels and manage inventory using ERP systems e g SAP Tally etc Ensure accurate records of goods received and issued Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification Material Handling Receive incoming materials and inspect them for quality and quantity Tag label and store items in designated storage locations Prepare and dispatch material against job orders or customer orders Documentation Compliance Maintain GRNs Goods Receipt Notes Issue Slips Inward Outward Registers and other documentation Ensure all materials comply with GMP ISO and safety regulations Coordinate with the Quality Control team for material clearance Preferred Qualifications Diploma Degree in Mechanical Electrical or relevant field preferred Knowledge of pharma machinery parts e g tablet press granulators blenders is a plus Proficient in inventory software and MS Excel Solid organizational and time-management skills Ability to lift moderate weights and operate forklifts or pallet jacks if required Preferred Industry Background Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
