About Us Reformiqo Business Services Private Limited is a dynamic and growing company looking for a talented ERPNext Functional Consultant to join our team We are passionate about helping businesses leverage the power of ERPNext to streamline their operations and achieve their goals About the Role As an ERPNext Functional Consultant you will play a key role in helping our clients implement and optimize ERPNext You will work closely with clients to understand their needs configure ERPNext functionalities and provide ongoing training and support Responsibilities Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements Configure and customize ERPNext modules Finance Manufacturing CRM etc to meet specific business needs Work closely with the internal development team to deliver custom modules or solutions tailored to specific client needs Provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting system updates and performance enhancements Develop and implement data migration plans Train and support clients on ERPNext functionalities Maintain a deep understanding of ERPNext best practices and stay updated on new features and releases Ensure data integrity security and compliance with industry regulations during ERP implementations Participate in system upgrades patches and migrations ensuring minimal disruption to client operations Document processes and procedures Qualifications Bachelor s degree in business administration Finance or a related field MBA in Finance preferred 0-3 years of experience in ERP implementation and configuration ERPNext experience a plus Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Experience with business process analysis and reengineering Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Top-notch communication written and verbal with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Why work at Reformiqo Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology Dynamic and team-oriented work environment Continuous learning and development opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
