We are seeking a skilled System Administrator - Hardware with 3 years of experience in managing physical servers workstations and networking infrastructure The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a Web Application Development environment and a solid understanding of the different environments development testing staging and production You will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance security and reliability of hardware systems while collaborating with development and DevOps teams to support operational goals Key Responsibilities Install configure and maintain physical servers desktops and laptops Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related and OS-level issues Windows and Linux Perform routine backups and manage disaster recovery solutions Set up and maintain LAN WAN infrastructure and ensure network reliability Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as necessary Support development testing staging and production environments Collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams to support CI CD and deployment pipelines Maintain proper documentation of hardware assets configurations and network layouts Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance standards Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator focusing on hardware Prior experience working in a Web Application Development company Strong understanding of software lifecycle environments Dev Test Staging Prod Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware and OS Windows Linux Experience with backup recovery systems and protocols Proficiency in managing LAN WAN setups and hardware support Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
