Job Summary We are looking for a confident Telecaller Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers promoting our services and closing sales over the phone Key Responsibilities Make calls to potential customers and college from the provided database or leads Explain the service offerings clearly and persuasively Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services Generate qualified leads and follow up to convert them into sales Maintain a record of calls sales and customer information Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly Achieve daily weekly monthly sales targets and KPIs Collaborate with the sales team and report performance updates Requirements Minimum qualification High School Diploma Graduate any stream Proven experience in telecalling telesales or a similar role is a plus Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle rejections and remain confident Good knowledge of relevant computer programs Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
