Job Summary The Senior Resident in General Medicine plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care supervising junior residents and interns and participating actively in teaching and academic responsibilities The role involves working in inpatient outpatient and emergency settings managing acute and chronic medical conditions and contributing to clinical research and departmental development Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in wards ICUs OPD and ER under the guidance of the faculty Perform diagnostic evaluations manage treatment plans and ensure timely follow-up Supervise and guide junior residents and interns in patient management and procedures Attend and actively participate in clinical rounds case discussions and morbidity mortality meetings Academic and Teaching Responsibilities Participate in bedside teaching seminars journal clubs and academic presentations Assist in training of undergraduate and postgraduate medical students Engage in continuous medical education CME and skill enhancement activities Administrative Duties Maintain accurate and updated patient records and ensure documentation standards Coordinate with nursing staff paramedics and other departments for effective patient care Ensure adherence to hospital protocols infection control and clinical audit procedures Research and Development Participate in departmental research projects audits and academic publications Assist in preparing and submitting research papers case reports and presentations at conferences Qualifications Experience Essential Qualification MD General Medicine or DNB General Medicine from a recognized institution Registration Must be registered with the Medical Council of India MCI or relevant State Medical Council Experience 0-3 years post-PG experience as per institutional norms for Senior Residency Prior experience in teaching hospitals or tertiary care centers is preferred Qualification - MBBS MS MD Eligibility - As per NMC Norms Speak with employer (phone hidden) (phone hidden) Mail Id esidiwagar gmail com elevatedsynergyindia gmail com Job Type Full time Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
