Job Summary The Senior Accountant will manage the company s accounting operations using Tally Prime ensuring accurate financial records timely reporting and compliance with statutory requirements The role requires attention to detail strong accounting knowledge and the ability to work independently while supporting management decisions Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage all accounting operations in Tally Prime including general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in line with Indian Accounting Standards IND AS Monitor financial performance analyze variances and provide insights to management Ensure timely filing of GST TDS and other statutory compliance Assist in budgeting forecasting and cash flow management Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly in Tally Prime Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits Support process improvements and implement best accounting practices within Tally Prime Mentor and guide junior accounting staff in Tally operations as needed Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance CA ICWA MBA Finance preferred Minimum 5 years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of Tally Prime accounting software Understanding of GST TDS and other regulatory compliance Good analytical organizational and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Effective communication skills for internal and external coordination Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
